An emphasis is put on the first trimester, as this is where the biggest changes of your pregnancy will occur. Most miscarriages fall within this trimester, thus making it a very critical time for this special care. In the second trimester we assist you in controlling weight gain, advise you nutritionally, relieve pregnancy stress, and work in tandem with you obstetrician to create an optimal environment for you and the healthy development of your baby. The third trimester is a time to monitor your overall health to prevent premature delivery or western medical intervention such as bed rest, medications and/or hospitalization.
